BAKER (FULL-TIME) - Bakery

We are seeking an experienced baker to join our small team. The role focuses on preparing dough, baking bread and pizza, developing and refining recipes, and maintaining consistent product quality.
Responsibilities
Prepare dough using established recipes and techniques..
Bake bread and pizza products to high-quality standards..
Develop new recipes and refine existing ones..
Perform regular quality-control checks..
Manage ingredient and supply inventory..
Provide occasional customer service and respond to inquiries..
Package finished products for sale or delivery.. .
Requirements
At least 5 years of professional baking experience..
Proficiency in dough-mixing techniques..
Experience operating bakery ovens..
Knowledge of food-safety standards..
Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills..
Ability to collaborate effectively within a small team..
The position offers a flexible schedule and may include weekend shifts.
