Head of Operations & Business Management

Is seeking a direct hire Director of Operations to join their growing team.
The Director of Operations will serve as a key leader responsible for developing and scaling the operational infrastructure of a growing wealth management firm.
Drive efficiency and consistency across day-to-day operations
Partner with leadership on business strategy and execution
Oversee operational performance, reporting, and continuous improvement
Support a high-growth, evolving wealth management environment
Financial services, wealth management, industry experience required
5 years in an operations leadership position
3 years experience in people leadership and management
KPI tracking and business performance analysis

Fully in office, Monday - Friday 8-5
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
