Requirements

Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License \n

TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)\n

Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)\n

Valid driver's license \n

G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
