On-site position requiring you to be in our St. Manage trust and estate administration project lists

Prepare estate tax and gift tax returns

Drafting of estate planning documents and correspondence

Tax coordination and review

Organize electronic materials and maintain client files pursuant to systems and procedures

Law School and Undergraduate degree with strong GPA required; Ability to communicate, compose documents and emails in fluent English with appropriate business style using correct grammar and spelling; proficiency in detailed proof-reading

Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Acrobat and tax preparation software

Personal Characteristics Required

Ability to apply common-sense to understand situations and projects

Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines with minimal supervision

To perform the essential functions of the position, you must be able to be both mobile and stationary throughout the workday, have the ability to lift 20 pounds, have a valid driving license and operating vehicle, and be able to operate a computer and other equipment.
