Head of Compliance Projects

Consulting ManagerFinancial Documentation & Administration Lead, prepare, review, and administer Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring alignment with project objectives and budget constraints. Oversee end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) processing, including vendor setups and banking information resolution, in compliance with procurement policies. Serve as the Lead for RCE (Request for Capital/Expense) submission across PSMAD, managing executive summary reviews, approvals, and engaging independently with project owners and BTS Admins. Maintain project status and compliance updates in Clarity/Smartsheet for active Capital projects. Facilitate partial depreciation requests, capital project closures, and vendor contract change request processing. Advanced Financial Controls & Reconciliation Take charge of monthly Journal Entry (JE) calculations and processing for APS, ensuring robust financial stewardship. Oversee accrual management and reconciliation across multiple PSMAD cost centers, validating Cognizant Master PO accruals for financial accuracy. Conduct regular financial reconciliations, identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted spend, and collaborate with finance teams to resolve issues in invoicing and payment. Aggregate and report monthly accruals information for management review. SAP Data Analysis & Reporting Use SAP to extract, analyze, and report financial data for ongoing projects. Monitor critical KPIs and visualize financial performance through dashboards and reports for stakeholders. Conduct post-WD1 reconciliation and provide actionable insights on planned vs. actual spend. Project Delivery, Controls & Governance Coordinate delivery management follow-ups, obtaining timely project status updates and ensuring alignment between financial requirements, budget adherence, and resource allocation. Organize and facilitate monthly capital meetings for PSMAD, acting as the central liaison between BTS Finance and project managers, streamlining action items, follow-ups, and stakeholder engagement. Support long-range planning (LRP), project budgeting, FCD (forecasted completion date) requests, and CIP (capitalization-in-progress) tracking for improved project controls.
