Caseworker (Full Time)

Peachford Hospital is a 246-bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in Dunwoody. We provide inpatient care for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, in addition to partial hospitalization and other outpatient programs. Peachford has been providing compassionate care since 1973. We are searching for a full time day shift Master's prepared Case Manager/Social Worker/MSW.
Social Services Case Managers are part of an interdisciplinary treatment team charged with providing quality therapeutic and case management services to our patients from admissions to discharge. Case Managers are empowered to assess their patient's needs using their own personal style, while delivering superior quality care. Social Services Case Managers are responsible for:
Conducting psychosocial assessments to document patient history and identify preliminary issues for treatment focus.
Identifying family or community resources such as group homes, halfway houses or treatment providers.
