Head of Business to Business Operations

Catholic Charities Diocese of Charlotte seeks a Business Director to translate executive vision into daily operations, aligning finances, IT, and governance with Catholic Social Teaching. This exempt, full-time role reports to the CEO and oversees budgeting, billing, grants, and risk management while guiding staff performance and program evaluation.
The position requires strong accounting knowledge, an undergraduate degree in business, and ideally an MBA or CPA.
