Our practice values open communication and ongoing professional development, ensuring our team members have the resources they need to thrive in their roles.Key Responsibilities\n\n Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, providing a foundation for effective treatment planning.\n Deliver individual therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique circumstances, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to facilitate healing and growth.\n Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.\n Provide teletherapy services for clients who may have mobility issues or prefer remote sessions, using secure video conferencing tools and maintaining professional ethics in a digital environment.\n Attend regular staff meetings, engage in group supervision, and participate in one-on-one consultations with clinical supervisors to enhance clinical skills and provide high-quality care.\n Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in the mental health field through continuing education and professional development opportunities.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\nOur practice serves a diverse client base, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction. We place a particular focus on supporting couples, children, teens, and families.
