Head of Delivery Management

A confidential high-growth brand in the restaurant tech space is hiring a Technical Delivery Manager to lead delivery efforts for a React Native-based mobile app. This role sits at the intersection of mobile development, API/backend coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

You’ll work closely with offshore development teams and internal product, QA, and engineering stakeholders to deliver high-impact mobile features on time and at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery timelines

Coordinate mobile development with backend and web teams

Translate business requirements into actionable plans

Manage app delivery cycles, including QA coordination and deployments

Support code review processes and ensure technical standards

Provide regular delivery updates and risk assessments to leadership

Ideal Candidate:

5+ years of experience in software/project delivery

2+ years focused on mobile app delivery (React Native preferred)

Experience working with offshore or distributed teams

Familiarity with Next.js and NestJS environments

Strong understanding of agile processes and mobile deployment workflows

Excellent communication and organizational skills
