Collaborate with case managers, mental health specialists, and other medical professionals for holistic patient management.
Engage in quality enhancement initiatives that improve patient outcomes and operational efficacy.
Utilize advanced electronic health record systems to maintain precise and current patient information.
Provide care through in-person consultations as well as virtual appointments to meet diverse patient preferences.
MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
Completion of a Family Medicine residency accredited by the ACGME.
Board Certified in Family Medicine.
Eligible for or currently possess an active California medical license.
