Answer and direct phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments.
Collect payments, co-pays, and reconcile daily transactions.
Coordinate with medical staff to support patient flow and handle inquiries.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical office administration is a plus.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a medical office preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is an advantage.
