Transportation School Nurse RN LPN

Active RN or LPN/LVN license in the state of Virginia
Proven ability to manage care for medically fragile students, including trach and ventilator support
Confidence working autonomously outside the main school nurse's supervision
Strong communication skills for collaboration with families, educators, and medical professionals
Willingness and ability to accompany the student on the school bus daily
Deliver individualized nursing care to one high school student with complex medical needs
Foster a safe, nurturing environment and recognize changes requiring medical intervention
Maintain accurate documentation of care, interventions, and communication with stakeholders
Adhere to all school health policies and procedures while working independently
