Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift - Hospice

Hospice Registered Nurse

Haven Home Health & Hospice is looking for a compassionate and skilled Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team in a unique 7-on/7-off on-call position. This role is perfect for RNs seeking a predictable rotation and meaningful work that honors the dignity of every patient.

Provide skilled, compassionate nursing care to patients during their final journey

Work overnight weekday shifts (5 PM8 AM) and 24-hour shifts on weekends/holidays

Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans

Collaborate daily with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, social workers, chaplains, CNAs, and more

Supervise LPNs and hospice aides as needed

Current RN license in Missouri (in good standing)

Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience

Strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a heart for hospice care

Willingness to travel up to an hour from your home
