We are looking for a reliable and motivated culinary professional to join our team and help deliver high-quality meals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, committed to cleanliness and safety, and able to support smooth kitchen operations while maintaining consistent standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to established recipes, portion guidelines, and quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout all shifts
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, measuring, and stocking ingredients
Monitor food quality, freshness, and temperature to ensure safe and consistent service
Support inventory management by rotating stock, reporting shortages, and reducing waste
Follow all kitchen, health, and safety procedures at all times
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure efficient service
Assist with cleaning equipment, tools, and workstations at the end of each shift
Qualifications

Previous experience in a kitchen, food service, or hospitality environment preferred
Basic understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety practices
Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and standardized procedures
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and manage multiple tasks
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift typical kitchen items as needed
Preferred Skills

Experience with different cooking methods and kitchen equipment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices
