Client Management Rep

Serving as the escalated point of contact for client inquiries, the full-time remote Client Success Representative will ensure superior service in background screening programs, manage case research, and facilitate client communication while collaborating with internal teams.
Key responsibilities

Ensure timely delivery of cases and information requests, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Perform case research and analysis for clients, addressing inquiries and providing detailed action plans
Participate in client meetings, producing detailed notes and action items while maintaining current client fact sheets

Required qualifications

3-5 years of client relations experience with a dedicated book of clients
Background screening and/or pre-employment screening experience strongly preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required; secondary education degree strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce experience is a plus
