Concierge Shift Lead

At Sunrise Senior Living, we champion the quality of life for all seniors. As a Lead Front Desk Concierge, you serve as the primary front desk leader ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth daily operations, and regulatory compliance across the community.
Oversee front desk operations and ensure warm, professional greetings
Answer and direct calls promptly with proper community greeting
Support sales inquiries and coordinate prospective visits
Assist with recruitment data entry and candidate engagement
Maintain resident and team rosters, logs, and emergency records
Manage schedules, call-outs, and Concierge coverage
Support move-in coordination and administrative processes
Lead Concierge meetings and support team performance
You are the communication hub and hospitality leader balancing service, organization, and accountability.
Proven customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee's position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program.
