Dispatcher Hourly

Schedule and dispatch HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service technicians based on location, skill set, urgency, and availability.

Communicate appointment details, updates, and changes to technicians and customers.

Maintain close communication with field personnel to ensure efficient routing and on-time arrivals.

Confirm customer appointments and proactively notify customers of delays or schedule changes.

Work closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure appointments are scheduled accurately.

Utilize ServiceTitan (or similar dispatch software) to manage schedules, job statuses, and technician assignments.

Ensure all jobs contain accurate customer information, notes, and required documentation.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service in every interaction.

Support company goals by helping improve response times, efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction.

Previous dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience.

Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or other home service industries is highly preferred.

Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service management software preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, managers, and office staff.
