Head of Project Management

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager III / Product Manager – Bioprocessing CGT to drive business growth through proactive product lifecycle management, innovation strategy, portfolio expansion, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role serves as the central interface between R&D, Sales, Strategy, Marketing, Operations, and Quality teams to develop and execute global portfolio strategies for Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) bioprocessing solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product management, bioprocessing, life sciences, or cell & gene therapy environments, along with the ability to manage complex product portfolios, forecasting, commercialization activities, and regulatory coordination.

Lead lifecycle management and innovation strategy for assigned bioprocessing product portfolio

Beta testing programs

Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify unmet market needs and growth opportunities

Develop and manage pricing strategies across global markets

Provide regular business performance reports to leadership

Provide technical input for marketing collateral, PR content, and product messaging

Support customer-facing teams through:

Technical training

Regulatory support

Respond to non-routine technical, regulatory, and business inquiries

Safety & Regulatory Compliance

Coordinate with Quality, Sales, and Marketing teams on customer communications and regulatory positioning

Experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Portfolio Management within:

Pharmaceutical industries

Forecasting and inventory planning

Regulatory and quality processes

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of FDA and ISO regulatory requirements

Exposure to CAPA, Change Control, and quality systems
