Perform phlebotomies and collect blood from donors in accordance with LifeSouth Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Register donors in the LifeSouth computer system (IBBIS).

Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

High school diploma or GED.

Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Proficiency with computer software applications.

Ability to read and interpret documents, including procedure manuals.

Previous customer service experience preferred.

CDL holders preferred; Medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees beginning the first of the month after 60 days.
