Job Summary The Branch Banking Client Consultant I delivers front-line client service and transactional support by welcoming clients, identifying their needs, and performing teller functions and financial transactions in an accurate, efficient, and friendly manner to support their financial goals. This role contributes to branch success by maintaining operational accuracy and risk standards, while also supporting sales performance through introductions, client education, and collaboration with branch teammates.

This role contributes to branch success by maintaining operational accuracy and risk standards, while also supporting sales performance through introductions, client education, and collaboration with branch teammates.

This role exists to create a positive and trusted branch experience where clients feel supported, informed, and connected to the right financial solutions while their everyday banking needs are handled accurately and efficiently. The role also exists to support branch growth and service goals by balancing teller transaction execution, client engagement, timely problem resolution, and adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Position Title Branch Banking - Client Consultant I

Job Responsibilities Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance (all Teller related functions) and primary client acquisition. Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems and/or complaints and through research and communication resolve in a timely and effective manner. Risk Management: Deliver timely and accurate daily financial transactions; Understand and adhere to all applicable bank policies and regulations.

Additional Accountabilities Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent .

Less than 2 years of customer service and sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in Financial Services Industry.

Not fearful of acting with minimum of planning. Is aware of how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace and what motivates a customer. is excellent at honest analysis; Can quickly sense what will help or hinder accomplishing a goal. Aligns relationship building efforts with enterprise goals to accelerate performance and drive strategic results.
