Housekeeping/Houseman/Laundry/Maintenance

• Clean and service guest rooms (beds, linens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming,

mopping)

• Replenish amenities (toiletries, towels, coffee, etc.)
• Inspect rooms and report maintenance issues
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas (hallways, lobby, elevators)
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment properly
• Maintain organized housekeeping carts and storage areas
• Assist with laundry operations as needed
• Respond to guest requests courteously and promptly
• Assist with deep cleaning and special projects
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Positive attitude and team-oriented
• Physical Requirements
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching. Ability to

perform repetitive tasks and remain on feet for extended periods.
