With ownership, as part of a joint venture with Advocate Health, in Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a leading 167-bed tertiary hospital located in Green Bay, WI, we benefit from a robust referral base and a strong network of support.

As a physician at BayCare Clinic, you are on track to become a partner within two years. As the clinic continues to grow, so do the opportunities. The clinic is open 8 a.m.-Monday-Friday. You will see on average 30 to 35 patients daily with a clinic presence of 4 days a week, and 1 day of surgery. You will have a clinic staff team beside you to work through the day. Your impact will help not only the team but the company as a whole.
