Licensed practical nurse health care

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team, providing exceptional, patient-focused care within a collaborative environment that includes both hospital and clinic settings.

Deliver bedside nursing care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians.

Perform wound care and maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Support patient education initiatives and assist in care coordination.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control measures.

Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification.
