Full Time Night Server or Bartender

Job description
We are excited to announce we are hiring bartenders to join our team at our location in Naples, Florida. The purpose of the Bar staff at Lola 41 is to service each guest at the bar to their complete satisfaction while exceeding their expectations. Bar staff will also be responsible for filling bar orders for servers. It is so important that the bar staff be smiling, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The bar staff must be able to service every guest in a professional manner and ensure that everything is perfect. Bar staff must have friendly, engaging personalities to ensure guests feel welcome, comfortable, and relaxed at all times.
The ideal candidate for this position must hold a TIPS certification, demonstrating a commitment to responsible alcohol service. Additionally, basic math skills are essential, along with the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system. The role requires the capacity to work in a standing position for extended periods, with shifts lasting 8-12 hours each day. Flexibility is key, as the candidate should be available to work on varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and reliable attendance are non-negotiable qualities for this role, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. Finally, a strong emphasis is placed on honesty and integrity, reflecting the candidate's commitment to ethical conduct in the workplace.
This full-time position is compensated with a base pay at the minimum wage rate and supplemented by tips. We're looking for someone with at least a year of bartending experience, who is available for various shifts including night, and weekends. This job requires working every weekend, with additional weekdays and weekends as needed.
