WAREHOUSE INVENTORY PERSON

Connect Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a warehouse in Goodlettsville, TN. This is a temp-to-hire position paying $18/hr. In this role, you will pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick tickets, pack and label shipments, and inspect incoming deliveries against purchase orders. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Warehouse
Pick customer orders from warehouse shelves and storage areas using RF scanners and pick tickets.
Verify quantity and item descriptions against orders and stage picked orders in designated packing areas.
Pack, label, and wrap outbound shipments using appropriate packaging materials.
Generate shipping labels and documentation using SAP.
Unload incoming shipments manually or with a pallet jack or hand truck and verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
Label and store received goods in designated warehouse locations and update inventory records promptly.
Participate in cycle counts and regular inventory audits.
6+ months of experience in order picking, shipping, and/or receiving in a warehouse environment.

Experience using RF scanners for order picking.
Experience with SAP or a similar warehouse management system (WMS).
Experience operating a pallet jack or hand truck.
Familiarity with coordinating carrier pickups and managing shipping records.
Experience in a pick/pack/ship environment handling both inbound and outbound freight.
Ability to read and interpret pick tickets, packing slips, and shipping/receiving documents.
