Weekend Housekeeper / Maintenance

Maintenance StaffMaintaining the property and the apartments in a clean and safe manner according to company standards.Monday to Friday, On-call, Weekend availabilityRole & Responsibilities:Maintain the cleanliness of leasing office spaces, model unit, fitness center, and any additional common areas as directedAssist with picking up grounds and organizing community furniture dailyClean community bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, and fixtures, dailyVacuum carpeted areas and mop floorsClean windows and spot clean wallsDust furniture, walls, and decorative piecesTidy offices and empty trash cans dailyClean baseboards, pictures, lights, and HVAC vents.Work with the maintenance team to ensure excellent curb appeal at all timesMaintain an excellent customer service relationshipInspect exterior grounds and buildings, including breezeways, dailyClean the mailbox areaDeliver and/or post correspondence, newsletters, and flyersTurn vacant units as needed throughout the year and assist in the performance of turn eventsPerform additional duties as directedAdhere to the company dress codeQualificationsMust be able to pass a background checkNo specific level of education is required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Strong attention to detail and high personal standards of cleanlinessHousekeeping experience is preferredPhysical Activities:Ability to use general cleaning equipment and tools, including vacuums, cleaning chemicals, hand tools, hoses, and step laddersCapable of lifting and moving up to 50–75 pounds (e.g., trash bags, cleaning supplies, and equipment)Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and walking while cleaning and removing debrisAbility to safely use ladders and work at heights of up to 8–9 feetSufficient mobility and flexibility to access hard-to-reach areas and complete detailed cleaning tasksAbility to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme temperaturesCapable of performing duties safely without risk to self, residents, or team membersAbout Us:Student Quarters is your front door to campus and the perfect living space to connect with the community around you!
