Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Permanent Attorney to join our prestigious Legal firm. The successful candidate will have a solid background in handling a wide array of personal injury cases, including car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and fall incidents, pedestrian accidents, bicycle accidents, and medical malpractice. The candidate should also have experience in dealing with cases involving product liability, nursing home abuse, wrongful death, workers' compensation, class actions, catastrophic injuries, and bankruptcy. Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K Job Details Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of personal injury cases from initial intake through trial. Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support claims and defenses. Prepare and draft various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, appeals, agreements, contracts, and legal memoranda. Provide legal advice to clients and advise them on their rights and obligations. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes in the best interest of clients. Deal with cases involving bankruptcy, providing clients with the best legal options. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a trial attorney, specifically in the field of personal injury law. Proven experience with car accidents, motor vehicle accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, product liability, slip and fall incidents, pedestrian accidents, bicycle accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, wrongful death, workers' compensation, class actions, catastrophic injuries, and bankruptcy.
