Position Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including mobility and personal care

Monitor and document vital signs and client condition

Provide support for clients with dementia or special needs

Prepare nutritious meals and maintain a clean, safe home environment

Encourage engagement and companionship through meaningful activities

Qualifications

Active CNA certification (required)

Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred

Experience with dementia care is a plus

Ability to assist with lifting and mobility support

Strong communication skills and dependable work ethic

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
