Candidates must have 5+ years of litigation experience in private practice, with meaningful exposure to insurance defense and/or complex civil litigation from inception through trial or settlement. Lead and manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution — including case strategy, discovery, depositions, trial preparation, court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations

Provide strategic counsel to clients on litigation risks, opportunities, and regulatory compliance issues arising in the context of active disputes

Advise clients on regulatory and compliance matters connected to ongoing litigation

Develop and maintain strong client relationships that build trust, deepen engagement, and generate business development opportunities

Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver integrated, high-quality legal services

5+ years of litigation experience in private practice (required)

In-depth knowledge of insurance defense and/or complex civil litigation, from case inception through trial or settlement

Strong written and oral advocacy skills — able to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to clients and in court

Client-focused mindset with a track record of responsiveness and service quality
