Salary Range: $15.25 To $15.25 Hourly

While most security companies compromise by hiring inexperienced personnel, Platinum Group Security has taken the opposite approach, working smarter and looking only for the best and the brightest. If you're passionate about safety, skilled in customer service, and eager to make a difference, we want to hear from you! Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.
Provide exceptional customer service and greet employees and visitors.
Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
Use excellent customer service and communication skills to deescalate tense or potentially violent situations.
Accurately document and report incidents, activities, and observations using company-approved forms and protocols.
Inspect the premises for security risks, hazards, or violations and report findings to the appropriate personnel.
Comply with all state regulations, including maintaining current unarmed security license in Texas.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Level 2 Security License in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain one).
Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
Primary post will be at one of our facilities in Northwest Houston, Texas (77064), requiring work in an indoor and/or outdoor environment.
