Administrative Assistant II

Position Type: Contract (12+ Months)

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant II to support daily business operations and provide high-level administrative assistance to management. This role involves handling a wide range of administrative, coordination, and analytical tasks while ensuring efficient office operations. Provide administrative and operational support to manager(s)

Prepare reports for business planning and analysis

Analyze data and recommend optimal reporting techniques

Develop and enhance office management processes

Assist in developing and maintaining project plans

Support project managers with status reporting and tracking

Manage travel and lodging arrangements

Order office supplies and maintain inventory

Create and maintain presentations and documentation libraries

Coordinate special projects and maintain confidential records

4–7 years of administrative or related experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
