CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift (full or part time)

Job Posting Full or Part Time hours available! Bring your CNC Swiss machining experience to MW Fasteners! We are seeking experienced machinists who can independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC Swiss machines to produce precision components. Whether you're looking for a full-time position on first or second shift, or a part-time opportunity, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines, including tooling, guide bushings, and bar feeders.

Adjust tooling, offsets, feeds, and speeds to maintain quality.

Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.

Troubleshoot tooling, dimensional, surface finish, and machine performance issues.

Make program edits within your level of authorization.

Support production goals while minimizing scrap and downtime.

Maintain accurate production records and a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications Hands-on CNC Swiss machining experience required, including independent setup and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of CNC programs, tooling, offsets, feeds, and speeds.

Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools.

CNC Swiss programming experience is a plus.

High school diploma or GED required. State Apprentice Program Certification in CNC a plus

4+ years as setup and operator experience in CNC Lathe machining, tsugamis preferred.
