TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Manchester, New Hampshire, 03102!

Travel RN – Medical/Surgical Telemetry (Night Shift, 13-Week Contract)
Contract | Travel | Nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | Onsite | 13-Week Assignment | Every Other Weekend Required
Provide direct patient care on a 24-bed telemetry unit with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio on both day and night shifts
Care for patients post-TAVR, cardiac catheterizations, ablations, Watchman procedures, and pacemaker placements
Perform continuous telemetry monitoring and collaborate with charge nurses, PCTs, and monitor technicians
Document all patient care accurately using the Allscripts electronic documentation system
Float to like units as needed per unit floating policy
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in New Hampshire or compact state eligibility
Minimum of 2 years of telemetry or medical/surgical telemetry nursing experience
Demonstrated knowledge of telemetry monitoring and interpretation
Prior experience with Allscripts electronic health record system
Previous travel nursing experience in a telemetry or cardiac step-down setting
Work alongside an experienced, specialized cardiac team utilizing advanced monitoring technology in a dynamic telemetry environment
