Schedule: 7p-7a, 4 shifts every 6 weeks required

How you'll contribute

Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care.

Documents patient care provided.

Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.

Assists patients with activities of daily living – personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, ambulation.

Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support.

Evaluates learning needs of patients and/or families and provides education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.

Advocates for physical and emotional well-being of patients.

What we're looking for

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

Basic Life Support (BLS) within 10 days of hire

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of hire

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 45 days of hire

Handle With Care certification within 30 days of hire

Associate Degree in Nursing – required

KY RN state licensure or compact licensure – required

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing – preferred
