Licensed practical nurse rehabilitation and nursing care center

Westview Health Care Center seeks a compassionate LPN to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Dayville, CT. The LPN will deliver and document direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and promptly report changes to the RN and provider team. Working closely with CNAs, therapists, and physicians, the LPN supports care plan implementation, promotes resident dignity and safety, and educates residents and families.
