We are looking to hire an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team of managers, engineers, and designers, representing the industry's top talent.
Duties and responsibilities The position performs general civil engineering work under the direct supervision of a project manager for clients the company serves in various markets.
The position will apply fundamental engineering training, knowledge, and experience to deliver all tasks and all different project types including engineering studies and site investigation reports; land development designs; preparation of fully designed plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E), and other engineering reports, cost estimates, and construction support. Typical clients served include Municipalities, Dod agencies, private developers, and other public and private organizations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Site Engineering Design associated with buildings and parking
Rough and precise grading plans
Storm design and drainage calculations
Sewer pipe design
Construction support
Skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bluebeam
Excellent writing and communication skills
Ability to prepare engineering reports with the guidance of a project manager or senior individual.
Education & Experiences A Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited college (ABET) is required.
Minimum of 3-5 years of civil engineering experience
