Job Summary:
Skills: QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years full-life cycle recruiting experience
- Proven experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
- Comfortable with ambiguity; can create order out of uncertainty
- Talent Engagement: Understands the core business of the organization and can effectively build a strategy on how to identify and engage target talent via our ecosystem.
- Influence and Advise: Provides, guides, and manages internal and external stakeholders by influencing behaviors and building trust-based relationships. Demonstrates thoughtful planning throughout the process.
