The provider will care for full-term and late preterm infants, attend high-risk deliveries, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care. Staffing Model: 4.5 Neonatologists providing 24/7 in-house coverage

2.3 mid-level providers covering NICU during the day

1.5 mid-level providers covering the newborn nursery during daytime hours

Offers advanced neonatal intensive care through a 25-bed Level III NICU

Focus on evidence-based protocols, neonatologist-attended high-risk deliveries, and specialized care for 23-30 week premature infants

Care for full-term and late preterm infants in the newborn nursery
