Bilingual HR Generalist/Payroll

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team. The HR Associate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks.

Schedule requires on-site presence.
Pay Range: $33/hr. - $39 /hr.
Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, evaluating hiring recommendations

• Facilitate with new hire orientation and exit interviews.
• Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, conflicts and company polices compliances in a bilingual capacity.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required .

~ Coursework or background in Human Resources or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), ability to handle confidential information.
Experience: Previous experience in HR in the service industry is preferred
