Extensive experience in beverage preparation is crucial, so be prepared to showcase your talents with cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, and spirits. You'll also need to be proficient with POS systems and cash handling, ensuring smooth transactions.

A TIPS or equivalent responsible alcohol service certification is a must, as is strong communication and customer service prowess.
