To support complex technical hiring needs, the full-time Senior Technical Sourcer will develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for specialized technology roles, partnering with recruiters and engineering leaders while working remotely.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for complex roles in software development, platform engineering, and AI
Conduct candidate conversations and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a positive candidate experience
5+ years of professional sourcing or recruiting experience, with 3+ years focused on technical talent
Experience sourcing senior technical talent for greenfield development and modernization projects
Working knowledge of modern software development and technical domains such as cloud infrastructure and DevOps
