Our client is seeking a sophisticated, hands-on Luxury Retail Operations Manager to lead the operational build-out and launch of their second U.S. flagship boutique in the Miami Design District, while helping establish the operational infrastructure for future domestic expansion. Strong project management and execution capabilities
White-glove luxury operating standards
Store Development & Flagship Opening Execution
Construction coordination with general contractors, architects, and vendors
Permit tracking and municipal approvals
Fire alarm approvals and inspections
Elevator certification and inspections
HVAC commissioning
Electrical activation and meter setup
ADA compliance verification
Security system installation, CCTV, and vault readiness
POS, telecom, Wi-Fi, and back-office infrastructure setup
Insurance compliance and COI management
Vendor scheduling and site access coordination
Luxury Boutique Operations
SOP development and implementation
Packaging standards and inventory management
Inventory controls, cycle counts, and shrink prevention
Repair and aftercare operations
Vendor procurement and facilities management
Payroll and scheduling systems
Merchandising & Client Experience Support
Fixture procurement and installation
Visual merchandising operational setup
Branded packaging replenishment and inventory management
Launch events and in-store experience execution

Security & Compliance
Oversee all security and compliance protocols, including:
Alarm monitoring systems
Inventory audits and cycle counts
Operational compliance audits
