Campo Server Assistant
The Server Assistant supports servers in delivering a high-quality dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area, ensuring tables are properly set and cleared, and assisting with various tasks as needed. This role is crucial for smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards and anticipate and address guests' service needs
Respond rapidly to customer requests in a professional and hospitable manner
Serve food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and courteous manner
Assist customers with seating arrangements
Present food or beverage information or menus to customers
Prepare hot or cold beverages
Serve food or beverages
Clean food service areas
Stock serving stations or dining areas with food or supplies
Completion of Serve Safe
Valid Alcohol Servers Permit
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
Interest in sustainability, food, and New Mexico culture
