Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory testing across various disciplines such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering closely to established protocols.
Evaluate test results for accuracy, investigate anomalies, and carry out maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
Thoroughly document all procedures, train new personnel or students, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
Ensure a clean and safe work environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation norms.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with healthcare colleagues.
Outstanding organizational capabilities and attention to detail, particularly in quality control and record-keeping.
