As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives in their homes and communities. High school diploma or GED
Minimum age of 18 years old
Genuine desire to provide personalized support and foster independence
Experience working with individuals with disabilities
Certification in CPR and First Aid (training provided if not already obtained)
Ability to assist with personal care and household tasks
Basic medical knowledge for health monitoring and medication management
No prior experience is necessary; we offer comprehensive training
Previous caregiving, support services, or related experience is a plus but not required
Flexibility to work to include weekends and holidays
Effective record-keeping skills and adherence to privacy policies
A caring attitude and willingness to engage with residents in give-and-take activities
