AAreteis looking for a motivated and detail-oriented recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. As a Recruiter atAArete, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's hiring needs by executing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, with a focus on management and technology consulting positions. You will partner closely with your fellow Recruiters and hiring managers to source, screen, and move candidates efficiently through the process, ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

You'llhave the opportunity to grow your skills in bothearly careerand experienced hiring, learn best practices for niche and high-impact searches, and contribute to process improvements that enhance the recruitment function. You will also deepen your understanding of how Talent Acquisition supportsAArete'sbroader businessobjectives, while contributing to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performingPeopleteam.

Partner with fellow Recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and sourcing strategies

Source active and passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and other creative channels

Keep candidates and hiring teams informed and engaged throughout the process, providing timelyfollow-up and clear communication

Prepare candidate summaries, facilitatefeedback collection, and lead or contribute to debrief sessions

Draft and extend offer letters, ensuring compliance with firm policies

Utilize applicant tracking systems (preferably Jobvite) and generate reports to track pipeline health and inform decision-making

Take responsibility for data accuracy and proactively suggest improvements to enhance system utilizationand recruitment processes

Identify risks and escalate appropriately

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient, high-quality recruiting operations across the firm

Actively participatein weekly recruiting meetings, sharing concise pipeline updates and relevant market insights

Support onboarding and training of new Talent Acquisitionteam members, sharing best practices and role knowledge

Build trust and rapport with hiring managers, peers, contractors, and vendors, representingAAreteprofessionally at all times

Seek additionaltraining and mentorship to advance recruiting and industry knowledge

Participate in AArete activities, including diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, team-building events, and Operations-wide projects

2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or corporate)

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong sourcing skills with proficiencyin LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Jobvite or similar)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel/reporting skills
• Ability and willingness to travel to and attend recruiting events as needed
• Applicants must be based in Chicago, IL, and flexible to work from our Chicago office as needed
• Professional services or consulting industry recruiting experience

Experience using recruiting systems to track metrics and improve processes

Experience facilitatingdebrief sessions and presenting hiring recommendations

Familiarity with diversity recruiting strategies and inclusive hiring practices
