At A Noticed Difference Therapeutic Massage Studio, we’re looking for a therapist who’s passionate about the art and science of meaningful, healing touch—and who’s excited to deepen their expertise in advanced therapeutic techniques that make an impactful difference in our clients’ lives. We are currently hiring for a part-time LMT with the opportunity to grow into full time - on the interest of taking personal ownership of their work, the client experience, and growth within the company. Experience in therapeutic modalities is a plus - we provide paid training for the rest. Our group of Therapists don’t just offer Therapeutic Massage; As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you’ll experience the fulfillment of witnessing your clients’ transformations - alleviating their pain, easing their stress, and helping them rediscover joy in their everyday lives.

Training & development

Thriving pay starting at $30/massage unit hour (based on experience, certifications, and results). Therapists who actively participate in intake, treatment planning, and rebooking build stronger client relationships and more consistent schedules over time.

Flexible schedules with shifts available Monday-Friday (9am-7pm) and rotating weekends (Sat. 9am-4pm, Sundays 10am-5pm)

Texas Massage Therapy License (Required)

2+ years of experience in Massage Therapy and Customer Service (preferred)

Deep tissue massage: Texas Massage Therapy License (Required)
