Description

The Cashier is responsible for delivering excellent guest service while efficiently handling transactions in a fast-paced quick service restaurant environment.

Maintain proper and clean uniform at all times

Arrive on time and follow attendance policies

Accurately handle cash and credit transactions

Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude

Take, repeat, and confirm guest orders

Suggest additional items to enhance the guest experience

Explain promotions, coupons, and pager systems

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Stock and manage display cases

Follow all side work duties assigned by management

Ensure food safety and sanitation standards

Maintain a positive attitude and have fun

Qualifications

Basic English comprehension skills

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to handle cash accurately

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Previous experience preferred but not required

Stand and work for extended periods (8+ hours)

Lift and move items 25 lbs or more

Work in a fast-paced, noisy environment

Maintain sanitation and food safety standards

Safely use cleaning chemicals and materials
