Qualifications:
Active RN license, valid for practice in Wisconsin (or compact eligible)
Minimum of 1-2 years ICU experience strongly preferred
Current/valid BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Adaptable and collaborative approach to care
