Full-Time Front Desk Attendant
Torreon Golf Club, located in Show Low, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Front Desk Attendant. We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Key responsibilities include:
Meets and greets all visitors in a pleasant, courteous, and professional manner.
Assists with guest inquiries, answers incoming telephone calls, forwards calls to the appropriate party, or takes messages.
Provides clerical support to the department that may include, but is not limited to, typing, copying, filing, composing routine correspondence, and preparing outgoing mail.
Sorts incoming mail for the department(s).
Performs other duties as required.
Minimum qualifications include:
~ High school diploma or general education degree; or one (1) year of administrative experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other qualifications include:
Ability to read and speak English in order to perform the duties of the job.
Possesses computer skills, including, but not limited to, use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Jonas, and Publisher.
Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
